Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Business Systems Analyst to support end-to-end data warehouse development, ETL application design, and comprehensive data analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical data engineering teams, translating complex P&C insurance requirements into robust data integration and reporting solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst / Data Analyst specializing in Data Warehousing and ETL environments.

  • Domain Knowledge: Proven hands-on experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain (claims, policy, underwriting, billing, or reinsurance).

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data profiling, testing, and debugging across relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL).

  • ETL & Data Warehousing Concepts: Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, data lineage, master data management, and ETL tools/processes.

  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and requirement documentation skills.
